At the Academy of the Golden Gate, we strive to provide the best educational experience for our students. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or enrollment, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following refund terms carefully.

2. General Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to all paid courses, workshops, memberships, and events provided by the Academy of the Golden Gate.

  • Course Enrollment: If you enroll in a course and wish to request a refund, you must do so within the specified refund period (see below) to be eligible.
  • Event Tickets: Refunds for event tickets can be requested if you are unable to attend, as outlined in our event refund guidelines (see below).
  • Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • For Online Courses:
    You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you have completed the course or not.
  • For Workshops or In-Person Classes:
    • Full Refund: You may request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the workshop or class start date.
    • No Refunds After 10 Days: If the cancellation request is made 10 days or less before the event, we are unable to issue a refund.
    • Credits for Future Workshops: If a refund cannot be issued, we offer a credit toward a future workshop or in-person class, which can be used within 3 months.
  • For Memberships:
    Memberships are non-refundable once the subscription has started, except in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues). Please contact our support team if you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances.
  • For Special Promotions or Discounted Products:
    Products or services purchased through special promotions, discounts, or bundled offers are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

4. Refund Process

    • Order number or proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any services rendered, including but not limited to one-on-one tutoring, personal coaching, or consultation services.
  • Any membership or subscription fees after the renewal date.

6. Cancellations or Postponements of Events

In the rare event that an event, workshop, or course is canceled or postponed by the Academy of the Golden Gate, you will be offered the option to:

  • Receive a full refund.
  • Transfer your registration to a rescheduled event or future course.

If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, you will be entitled to a full refund.

7. Exceptions

In some cases, we may consider a refund or partial refund outside the usual terms on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your circumstances warrant such an exception, please contact us directly and provide detailed information about your situation. We will review the case and determine whether a special exception can be made.
